Cutting Tools - Sanitary Policy

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary regulations, cutting tools have specific return conditions:

Unopened Cutting Tools

Clippers, trimmers, blades, and guards may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain in their original, unopened, sealed packaging.

Opened Cutting Tools

NO REFUNDS on opened cutting tools. Once the seal is broken, these items cannot be resold due to sanitary reasons (hair contamination). This policy protects all our customers and complies with health regulations.

Defective Products

If your cutting tool arrives defective or develops defects during normal use, we will replace it at no cost regardless of whether it's been opened. Your satisfaction with product quality is guaranteed.

Accessories - Standard Returns

Accessories such as barber capes, brushes, combs, neck dusters, and spray bottles may be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition.

Refund Processing

• Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
• Original shipping costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)
• Return shipping: Customer's responsibility (except for defective items)
• Refund method: Original payment method
