UNKWN REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY
FINAL SALE ITEMS (No Returns)
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
- Clippers (Cyclone)
- Trimmers
- Airbrush devices
- Clipper and trimmer blades
- Brushes (barber brush, clipper brush, neck duster)
- Combs and styling tools
- Barber capes
WARRANTY COVERAGE
All UNKWN cutting tools (Cyclone Clipper, Trimmer, Airbrush) are covered by a 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship.
To make a warranty claim:
- Email support@unkwnpro.com with your order number
- Describe the issue with photos if possible
- We will repair or replace defective products at our discretion
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications
- Blades (consumable items)
- Commercial/professional overuse beyond normal consumer use
UNOPENED ITEMS
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer pays return shipping.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
BUNDLES
Bundle items cannot be returned separately. The entire bundle must be returned unopened for a refund.
