UNKWN Refund & Warranty Policy

Returns

Unopened items: returnable within 30 days of delivery, in the original sealed packaging, for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Opened cutting tools: no refunds. Clippers, trimmers, blades, and guards cannot be resold once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons. This protects every customer who buys from us.

Accessories: capes, brushes, combs, neck dusters, and spray bottles can be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition.

Bundles: a bundle must be returned complete and unopened. Bundle items cannot be returned separately.

To start a return, email help@unkwnpro.com with your order number, the product name, and whether the item is opened or unopened.

Defective products

If a tool arrives defective, or develops a defect in normal use, we replace it at no cost, whether or not it has been opened. If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos as soon as you can and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Warranty

Every UNKWN cutting tool, including the Cyclone Clipper, Trimmer, and Airbrush, carries a 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, running from the delivery date.

Professional and daily shop use is covered. These are professional tools and they are built to be worked.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, blades dulled through use (blades are consumable items), accidental damage or drops, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, or cosmetic wear that does not affect how the tool performs.

To make a claim, email help@unkwnpro.com with your order number, the product name, and clear photos or video of the issue. Our support team will review it and confirm the next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the item, back to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Both of those are on us when the item is defective.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. If a replacement is required, import taxes may apply again, or a refund can be requested instead.
