Returns

Unopened items: 30 days from delivery, in the original sealed packaging, for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Opened cutting tools: we cannot accept returns on clippers, trimmers, blades, or guards once the seal is broken. Hygiene rules, and it protects every customer who buys from us.

Accessories such as capes, brushes, combs, neck dusters, and spray bottles can be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition.

Defective is different. If a tool arrives damaged or develops a defect in normal use, we replace it at no cost, opened or not, and we cover the shipping.

To start a return, email help@unkwnpro.com with your order number, the product name, and whether the item is opened or unopened.
