1-Year Warranty

UNKWN professional tools are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the delivery date.

Professional and daily shop use is covered. These are professional tools and they are built to be worked.

If your tool has a defect, email help@unkwnpro.com with your order number, the product name, and clear photos or video of the issue. Our support team will review the claim and confirm the next step.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, blades dulled through use, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or cosmetic wear that does not affect tool performance.

Replacement blades and accessories are available separately in the accessories section.
