1-Year Warranty

UNKWN professional tools are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date.

If your tool has a defect, email support@unkwnpro.com with your order number, the product name, and clear photos or video of the issue. Our support team will review the claim and confirm the next step.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, blades dulled through use, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or cosmetic wear that does not affect tool performance.
